I thought I'd post some information on how to find the NM that drops this. My LS stumbled upon it by accident on our way to kill the Carmine Dobsonflys. It is in Riverne Site #A01, so you will need access to that area.

Not much info on Alla about getting this, so I'll share what I've put together from a few different sources.. :)
To get the swift belt, you need to spawn a NM in Sacrarium using a Fomor Codex. There are 5 of these NM's; one of each race. You can only spawn the one corresponding to your own race. |

In regards to the FC & -SST vs Skill, you only need to have it on at the start of the song to benefit from the -Casting bonus, after that you can swap back to your +Skill/+CHR build. You shouldn't need recast benefits.

It's not his card. He needs to mess around with the Resolutions in the registry. The defaults in the config can only get you so far. Resolutions will change depending upon your screen size (or window size if you don't fullscreen). My monitor is a 24" widesceen and it's default resolution is 1920x120 |

I recently got to the point where I can try going after it. It is possible that I will have a trio static for it (THF/NIN, RDM/BLM, BLM/RDM). I have yet to do Tango with a Tracker, but a strategy for Requiem of Sin is more of the same.

high 200 is kinda low. If you set your spell set properly and with addition of proper gear, low 400 is feasible.
