	It does DIRECT damage reduction, meaning it takes the number DIRECTLY off the damage dealt to you. Formula for how much it reduces is as follows: ([your enhance skill] / 7.5) - 10 so if you have 75 skill it does nothing, (or next to nothing) at 90 skill it will reduce 2 points. at 135 skill it

	That would be true if TP gain worked that way, but it's a sliding scale that takes decimal values into account. I can't find the formula offhand, but it's based on the exact delay of the weapon, so that nobody gains TP faster over time than anyone else (soley from hits). Like I always say, you d
