Basset started in Van'Diel as a nice guy: patient with the masses, courteous to all. He has subsequently developed into a serial blacklister-- /blacklisting Jeuno spammers, casino runners, lazy gimps, beggars and a-holes of all ranks, shapes and sizes. Basset's story is the tale of a small Taru trying to blacklist all forms of trash from the fine world of Van'Diel, preparing it once again for the righteous rule of San D'Oria.
