Nothing to drool about actually, it's just Q&A systems for things like "how do i cancel my account" or "how do i transfer account" or even "how do i find class trainers". Don't expect anything useful in-game to be there - well, nothing usefull for advanced players. For beginners it might contain few usefull hints - so maybe we seel less stupid question in general chat.
