Massive Magazine Discount

If you haven't checked out Massive Magazine, it is worth taking a look.  It is the first magazine exclusively devoted to Massive Multiplayer Online Gaming, and is written by the players.  They even had the good sense to get me to write an article for them for their next issue.  :)  We've arranged to get a 15% subscription discount for all Allakhazam users.  If you are interested, you can check out more at this link.

Nice you can plug a magazine, and not update the EQ2 section. Then again, I expect nothing less from an IGE sellout.

I went to the website for this magazine and did a search for articles about final fantasy. There were none that came up. I realize that WoW is the dominant mmorpg, but I don't play WoW. If I'm going to invest money in a magazine about mmorpgs, then I want to read about the game that I play. As such, I will most likely not be purchasing this magazine.

Last time I was at barnes and nobles which was last week my eye caught this magazine and it mentioned FFXI on the cover. I was disappointed to find that it was only a small little square taking up about an eighth of the page in the corner of a section that poked fun of things like game marriage and the ranger nerf.

The magazine has a fairly random and unorganized presentation but did have some humorous sections that you can relate to any mmorpg. World of Warcraft is clearly the dominant mmorpg it talks about in the magazine which makes sense since it's the leading mmorpg on the market but they do include something for everyone, no matter what mmorpg you play.
