Server Maintenance Extended

It has been reported on Slashdot.org that a dup bug was discovered in World of Warcraft that has been used over the past few weeks to duplicate massive amounts of gold as well as epic items. As a result, Blizzard has announced that they are extending the regular maintenance while they investigate the claim. There is no official word yet from Blizzard on how long the servers will be down or how they plan to respond to any duped items and gold. I would say that rumors of a possible character rollback are probably premature at this point. I created a thread in the forum to consolidate discussions on the matter. Post your thoughts and feelings here. (Also, I want to point out that WoW, FFXI and SWG are all down right now, so we are getting hammered -- expect things to be slow until one or more of those games goes back up).

Why is Allakhazam linking to a WOW botting and exploit forum? This site seemed more professional than that

Unless they modified the post I am missing what is the "WOW botting and exploit forum" they linked to. I see links to slashdot, an official WoW forum, and their own forum.
Fake?

That screenshot could easily be faked, or at least from my limited knowledge of photo editing it could be...it could also be more complicated, unless there are multiple screenshots cause otherwise it could all be someone trying to start a rumor...

Who would sell all of them at once? At that point it becomes very suspicious as to how they got that many of the same epic at one time. I hope no hacker(most likely smart since they 'CAN' hack) would be that stupid!
