Well ICEKAPTAINPOSSUM, the answer is actually on the page. If you look in the link menu, under "Character Pofiles..." where is a link called "Download Wowreader...".
Click on that link and download the WoWreader.

This will give you an .exe file that will install in you WoW folder i.e.

c:/games/wow/interface/addons/wr

When the program had been installed you will will need to run it and located the .exe file, that is used for wow. i.e.

c:/games/wow/wow.exe

When you have done this, you will need to login in the WoWreader with your www.allakhazam.com account and then you will have your profile in "Your Characters..."
