It was announced on the main page. You have to be a premium member on the site to enter the contest. Links were provided for both upgrading to premium, and entering the contest. I upgraded my account to enter, but didn't win. Oh well, I really like this site, and am happy to help out anyway :).

Um... there are no runners up. It was a random drawing. Anyway, I, myself, am curious as to how many people entered the contest. I thought I made a post asking that, but it never showed up :-/.
