Fomor summoner is a monster in the "Fomor" family of mobs. They're basically undead that look like all the different races (not just elvaan like ka/shade/darkstalkers). They have different jobs too- Fomor Red Mage, Fomor Beastmaster, Fomor Summoner, etc. They appear exclusively in the Tavnazia region- in dungeons all the time and in outdoor areas at night.

The Fomor Summoners I've seen are undead Tarutarus with elemental spirits (like the ones Yagudo Mendicants have), not actual avatars.
