If you are having problems getting the patch through bittorrent, we put up a mirror for you. Due to bandwidth considerations, we are limiting this download to our premium members (and even then if the demand gets too crazy, we will have to pull it). Just download it and run it to patch the game. It should hopefully save you some time and hassle. Use this link to get the patch.

Before I downloaded this nightmare of a patch, my game ran smoothly and with little or no problems. Since the patch, my graphics run choppy and sometimes when I try to log out I get the message YOU MAY NOT LOG OUT AT THIS TIME. I mean...who can stop you from logging out? Well, apparently, someone can...I've had to resort to manually turning my computer off in order to log out of WoW. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems with graphics and logging out? If so, how can I improve or enhance my gameplay by making my graphics run smoothly like they used to? LOL...sometimes when I'm running and viewing my character from behind, it's so choppy at times I get motion sick! ACK! Anyone able to help? Any suggestions?

When i try 2 install the patch it tells me "patch cannot be applied because it is a diffrent version of the game" wut can i do? HELP PLEASE!!!

Thanks for the patch! Really helps but... when I tried to download via blizzard it screwed up my game (gave me fatal errors) so I had to re-install. Now I can't run this patch from here because I do not have the first patch, 1.1.2.

Where can I find this out at? Thanks!

I just checked and it worked for me. Make sure you have cookies enabled.

Cookies are enabled, I get the "Hello Premium Member" on the link page, but the link bombs out on me.

EDIT: After clicking a bunch of times, it worked once, thanks!

I too just paid my ten bucks so i could download the patch and am now being told "We were unable to locate the file to download" ... this is not instilling confidence and is increasing my buyers resistance. :-)

Try going to the download page and holding the shift key and hitting refresh and see if you can download it after that.

Alternatively, you can use your own bittorrent client, and get the patch from http://aytch.com/mid/WoW-1.1.2-to-1.2.1-patch-enUS.exe.torrent

It won't help if you can't use bittorrent at all, but it does avoid the unpleasantness of the Blizzard downloader.

after an hour and being 75% done with that debacle of a program (blizzard downloader) I came here to burn the remaining 1/2 hour or so, saw that link and got it in under 2 minutes.

*bows before the almighty allakhazam admins*

now if only I would learn to check here first in the future... :)
