Guild Wars 2: Living World Returns...in November

ArenaNet has announced the release date for the next episode of Guild Wars 2's Living World.

Guild Wars 2's Living World has been on midseason break since The Dragon's Reach: Part 2 content released almost a month ago. Today ArenaNet announced the return of the Living World season, and the November 4th release date will have players waiting a while longer to play the new content.

In the teaser image, we can see a map portal that is clearly the fortress in Brisban Wildlands, north of where we first entered the then newly-released map Dry Top. It has been expected that what we currently see as Dry Top in the game is only the southern half of the map, but players had no solid ideas of where we within the map we would go to transition from the southern to northern halves. With this teaser, could it be possible that there is no direct walking path between the two without going through Brisban or using waypoints to jump back and forth?

Either way, it will be almost two months before players set their sights on this new content. In the meantime, however, players will be able to participate in the World vs. World Fall Tournament 2014 that starts this Friday and lasts for four weeks. Not long after that, the return of the Halloween festivities will grace Tyria once more which puts the release schedule back on track for the November 4th return of the Living World.
