SOE has not specified when the new (old) seasonal tasks "Only the Blind Will See" and "Baga's Stand" will be made live (other than to say "early September"), or to what date they will be available, but they are coming soon (most likely on September 3 and September 10, respectively, but this isn't confirmed).
