Take a Peek: Chelsith Reborn & Plane of Shadow

Soon to be unleashed on live servers is the Shadow of Fear...

An extension of the Rain of Fear expansion, Shadow of Fear brings about two new zones: Chelsith Reborn and the Plane of Shadow. Here is a look!

Chelsith Reborn

While the shards of fear were falling on Norrath, a significant shard landed in a remote part of The Grey. It was discovered by one of the undead Shissar stalkers who delivered it to a Shissar, Vyzh'dra (one of the more prominent figures among the Shissar).

Not too long after this, a new city emerged in the middle of The Grey. It is a massive and pristine city reminiscent of ancient shissar architecture and designs, and outsiders seem confused as to how it came to be. No one has come out of the city since it arrived...

(Check out the Plane of Shadow below the jump...)

Plane of Shadow

When Cazic's essence was dispersed from the Sepulcher of Order, a large shard sailed to the moon of Luclin, smashed through the halls of Vex Thal, and ruptured the portal to the Plane of Shadow...

(Finally, some light has been shined on Luclin's domain! It seems this has brought some serious problems to the plane, however...)

Check 'Em Out

Currently, there is no set release date for these two zones, but it is expected to be relatively soon (tm).

If you want to check them out for yourself in the meantime, these two zones are now on the Test Server. They are entered through The Grey (revenant lake) and Vex Thal (just inside the entrance), respectively.

Have no fear!!

"Yea! all classes get an insta cast Camo group button!" cry Ranger Smithy who keeps a hotbutton /corpsedrag on handy for pod users.
The Hummingbird: It stands for immortality. Or sometimes the Sun. Hummingbird is seen by some as a messenger of love and joy. It symbolises energy, wonder and swift action. It is associated with the Ghost Spirit native American religion which teaches a dance that is intended to return the natural balance of the world. thanks to wiki answers.

This entire patch is devoted to the end-gamers and does NOTHING for anyone bellow lvl 96. Bunch of aa for them, new zones, and jack sh** for everyone else. They could of added some fun aa for people bellow 96 and maybe something for the struggling masses of lvl 80-90 who cant get hot/warrens groups....Seriously starting to think the EQ devs hate anyone who isn't able to play 23 hours a day...

How many different places/ways were you planning to make this same tired argument? "the Victim" is not available as a suffix. Stop acting like one.
Let's hope...

<<<<agrees, went in to VT a couple years ago , think the group was mostly @ level 80...and STILL took a grundle of time to kill mobs there...they could not damage us, but followed the Luclin expansion mindset of boring you to death with high hp totals...
