World of Warcraft is Heading to Brazil this Year

Blizzard just announced that digital and retail versions of World of Warcraft will be released in Brazil later this year. The game will be localized in Brazilian Portuguese, and existing players on the North American realms will be able to download a free language pack. Blizzard plans to open Brazilian Portuguese realms and launch an official community website for the region.

Brazilian Portuguese will be the ninth officially supported language for World of Warcraft worldwide, and the third supported language in Latin America. Check out the press release for more details on prices and subscription fees.
