I recommended they improve the spam filter. 100% of the spam that bypasses the filter are RMT ads. Of those 90% are from "players" whose name begins with the same letters as the server I am on (RAM=Ramuh). Maybe they will figure it out, I just get tired of seeing the gilsellers.

I fully expect SE to get reamed on this survey.

Maybe, finally, they'll see how bad their Customer Service is and how the lack of it is driving people away.

I fit what I could into that measly 1000 char limitation:

The customer support I experienced in dealing with this company was unacceptable. It was difficult to even find the number for customer service on the official website -- I had to find it in a 4 year old game manual I'd kept when I bought the game. There does not seem to be web chat support, and the call center hours are limited and inconvenient for the average working person.

When I did manage to get through on the phone, the wait times were long and the answers scripted. The representative did not seem to want to listen to my problem or work with me to find a solution. They seemed not to care about my issue, and kept repeating scripted lines until I hung up in frustration. This scenario was repeated every time I tried to contact the company, until ultimately I quit the game. I refuse to continue to support a company that cares so little for its customers, and I am dubious as to whether I will purchase another product made by them in the future unless major changes are implemented.

Sure would be nice if this survey actually makes a difference in FFXIV, but I'm not holding my breath.

I made sure to give them low ratings on the customer service portion. I only wish there were more text box areas so I could be more specific with answers.
