The Crimson Hall Unlocks Today

The Crimson Hall wing of Icecrown Citadel unlocks today following two weeks of waiting since the Plagueworks opened. You'll have to defeat the blood princes Valanar, Keleseth, and Taldaram for the chance to take on Blood-Queen Lana'thel. You currently only have 15 shared attempts between Lana'thel and Putricide, so make them count!

You can read more about the wings on Blizzard's Icecrown Citadel: The Frozen Throne page. Head over to our WoW general forum to discuss the Crimson Hall and any other WoW-related topics.

UPDATE: You can read the official announcement after the jump. Also, Frostwing Halls is set to open on Feb. 2. Are you prepared to face the Lich King?

Corridors carved within an echo of suffering, the Crimson Hall contains the leaders of the San'layn, undead blood elves who oversee the Scourge's operations throughout Azeroth. The blood-princes Valanar, Keleseth, and Taldaram were raised into undeath by the Lich King to avenge themselves while protecting their blood-queen, Lana'thel. Skilled followers of the Ashen Verdict are now called to end the misery forged in and flowing outward from this cruel hall of Icecrown Citadel.
