Maybe I missed it, but did the ability to rate others' posts in our journals go the way of the dodo bird?

I would like to be able to have some degree of control over the posts to my journal, in that I would want to favorably rate those posts that support what I am trying to do with my my journal and discourage posts that run contrary to what the journal stands for.

If there were some abuses, I can understand, but I would still like to know.
