Busy day @ work...

Fixed a problem with accidentally disabling the name search on the advanced item search page.

Due to user feedback, changed the effects searching options on the advanced search page. You now have two options for wildcard effects. "N/A" and "Any"

N/A means you don't care about effects at all in your searching. "Any" means to show the item if it has any effect attached. I still need to add the effect to the item line, but I'm short on room..
