ENCHANTING - How do I get Greater Magic Essence?Follow

Enchanting question -

1st) I searched all over for a guide and could not find one. I need a FREE guide that is not based on me lvling up enchanting as fast paced as I can. This stuff is confusing. I just want to know how to do it.

My main question) I now have the ability to make a Greater Magic Wand, all I need is Greater Magic Essence and I read all over that it takes 3 Lesser Magic Essences. Well, I have 3 Lesser Magic Essences. Then I read somewhere it is a spell.

Where do I get this spell??? And I do not want to disenchant. I want the spell that brings the 3 lessers into the 1 greater.

Help!?!

Right click the Lesser Magic Essences, that will turn them into the Greater ones. Conversely clicking on a Greater will break it into 3 Lesser.

Don't get too caught up in "not disenchanting", as that's where a ton of money can be made with enchanting.

I didn't power level my enchanting up, but as I was leveling, once I started getting decent enchants, I did sell the enchants instead of over-enchanting one piece of gear in my inventory. Took longer to level up that way, but I made a few bucks, and a few people now have a little better stats on their gear.

That said, I would say out of ... 150 gold my character has, probably 12 of it has came from actual enchanting, and the rest from disenchanting (DEing) stuff and selling the mats on the AH.

I think you can get points only from the first few disenchants, so if you're leveling, go ahead and pick up the cheapest green stuff you can find on the AH and DE it. Someone else can probably give you better advise as far as, how many points you can get from DEing gear.

But more on topic, yeah, any essence can be lesser or greater. Right click on 3 lesser to make a greater, or right click on a greater to make 3 lesser.

Try disenchanting green items that are between the level of 15-19, those should yeild GME, or LME.

Weapons will drop more essances than armor, so as you get to level 25 mobs, you will get the right level gear to D/E. Also remember items you make cannot be D/E'ed, so only make some to level and sell (they sell poorly on my server).

The answer to getting a specific dust / shard is simple ......

Get " Auctioneer Suite " That addon is a must have for any serious player anyway , As a part of it is Enchantrix , that shows you what you can get from anything you disenchant , or at least gives you a good idea what % chance you have , Auctioneer once you have got used to it and with a regular scan of the auction house will also show you what is underpriced , and when you mouse over items tells you what it should be worth and what it can disenchant into ....

As for the lesser essence into greater essence it is a simple right click on a stack , And that works both ways so greater can become lesser if that is what you need...

http://auctioneeraddon.com/dl/#preview keep checking for upgrades but it should work fine...

On lightbringer horde side i made 300g by level 20 and can do enchants far higher than my level just by buying very low priced items then trying to sell at the correct price and then disenchanting any that did not sell as it costs nothing to sell the disenchanted shards , dusts , essences ect, as you level enchanting all the lower stuff you no longer need will sell well and that is how almost every enchanter makes their gold ..
