Everytime I try to smelt copper I get the message that I 'Require Forge.' Can somebody help me? How can I get "forge"?

Go find a forge. There is one in most towns.

There are in capital citys like Orgimar and Thunder Bluff and Undercity and alliance ones like Iron Forge and others

A forge is a place where metals are melted and refined. They are usually near the anvils that blacksmiths use. For example, in Ironforge, they are in the center of the city. In Oggrimar, they are in the valley of Honor, near the weapons shops. etc, etc, and so forth. Once you actually see a forge, they won't be hard to recognize.
