Except they won't be prospecting.

We are doing epic gems this time around as a drop in the raid and we may not have those drop in the Looking for Raid tier.

Source.

Save tokens, start getting rid of as much ******* pyrite as you can before the price crashes. I know you guys have stockpiled a ton.

Oh snap. Well, I didn't invest personally in pyrite, but I did invest in a guildie (we call him the Oprah of WoW) for the 4.3 gem market, who was investing in pyrite. It was only 10k though, so hopefully I don't lose too much money from it.

However, when the price does crash, that might make it even more worthwhile to pick Pyrite up and prospect it now.

It probably also means that the temporary price drop I'm seeing for Truegold on my server isn't temporary.

Glad my stockpile is small.

I'm hosed. You guys would not believe how much pyrite my investing team farmed and bought. Still holding out hope this changes but it's a very wee hope. Like, microscopic.

Guess I'll have to go back to my old methods.

With the slightly higher VP cap, new training wheels LFR tier, BoE orbs, and new 5-mans, I'm expecting that demand for rare gems will actually live up to patch day hype, for a change. I expect you'll still come out a fair bit ahead when all is said and done - just from cracking the pyrite with the current drop table still in place.
