So with 4.0.6 patch the Org fishing daily will now give epic rods, making a nice bonus to the guild rep and XP.
Any link to what these rods look like(both in stats and appearance)?

I have a fishing hat, pole with + Fishing, and with bait - I should be ~625 (easily)

Most things you worry about never happen anyway.
I believe that the poles are the same as the ones you could get from the Dalaran fishing dailies ie Bone Fishing Pole and Jeweled Fishing Pole. Which are kinda nice but I'll stick with my Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole in terms of sheer utility.
Patch didn't say - I just want one for my bank toon (level 20 just from fishing/cooking dailies). ;-)
Got the Jeweled Fishing Pole today. Same one as Dal version afaik.
If that's all they've done for the fishing dailies, I'd say it's a pretty lackluster effort. Both cooking and fishing in cata leave much to be desired imo. The exclusive guild rep recipes aren't much for some of us to get excited about.
I recall there being a Huck Finn style fishing pole that was just a stick with a piece of string on it that was supposed to be one of the special drops - that got pulled from Beta and never put back I'm guessing?
