Just a question: if I was willing to farm Frostweave would it be better to use bags to do the last 10 levels, since the more exotic recipes require multiple Eternals to create and 9 times of off 10 when I visit WG to try to get what I need, the horde seem to think it's fun to "farm" my mage toon, which gets annoying after a bit.

Nowadays the Frostweave Bag (which I assume is the one you are referring to) probably is the cheapest way to level tailoring to 450, even though it goes green at 440. What with the disenchanting option added to loot rolls infinite dust is now more plentiful and cheaper on most servers. Frostweave is always easy to farm and is cheap too on the majority of realms' auction houses.

FYI, if you are looking to farm eternals because Moonshroud, Ebonweave, and Spellweave are no longer on cooldowns or have location requirements, you don't have to go to WG. Do a search and you can find places around Northrend to farm the necessary mats that might be less crowded.

Alternatively, you could find other ways to spend the time farming something else (or doing dailies) that net you the gold to purchase the eternals on the AH. Don't forget that now you can buy eternals from Frozo with frozen orbs.

The reason I ask about eternals is that there's 2 other bags I could make to assist my leveling. The Mysterious bag requires 4 spellweave and 2 moonshroud the other is a 32-slot shard soul bag for warlocks and takes 4 ebonweave and 2 spellweave to make. Just not sure if it'd be worth farming the mats as it'd take a lot of mats to make the amount I need and there's the possibilty that I could be stuck with them. Also I prefer to save my orbs as I have a few TOC patterns in my bank waiting for me to hit 450 and I'll need the orbs to make them.

The bags are the cheapest way to 450 - that's the route my tailor took along with making a few blue pieces for personal use.

My luck must be bad, I had to make ~50 bags to get from 440-449 on my tailor. At least all my alts have plenty of space now. (I did make the robe for the last point, which I de'd after it sat on the AH for a week or two.)

Strangely enough, when I went to sell all my non-boe bags, I found out that the moonshroud bags were fetching twice the price of the traveler's backpacks, even when listed at the same time. (They are both 16 slot and non-boe.)
