Supposedly that is all you get. I've only gotten once since patch so I dunno anything beyond that.

When I got my first of these, I noticed that the AH price was 400g+. I said "naw, no one will pay that for a few tokens, it's someone having fun fooling Auctioneer", so I turned it in. And got a few tokens.

When I got my second, the price was still there. So I experimented, and listed it at 199.99.99.

It sold. Either I'm missing something big, or the person who bought it is.

Some people hate only getting a few awards each day, I suppose!

It is also worth like 13g if you just turn it in at 80. Doesn't count toward The Seeker, but does give some Kirin Tor rep.

To people going for their hat, if they have the money that's quite a bonus.

This is the first I've heard of them. What do they drop off of?

Reward from fishing daily.

Oh lame. Guess I won't be getting any then. I have zero interest in leveling fishing.

with the change to fishing you can fish anywhere at any level, if the blue ! is there at the fishing girl in Dalaran, you can go do the daily for a chance to get the waterlogged recipes in the reward.
might take a bit longer then usual to get the quest fish, but you will land something on every cast.

I've had two, now I want to know if I've missed out on 400g or a hidden something or other?

Nice thing is that now you can fish anywhere no matter what your skill - it'll take a bit longer for you to complete the daily as you'll get more garbage then fish, but doesn't hurt.

Now if mem serves, the fishing dailies do have minimum levels, but as for that, I'd recommend just finding yourself a zone with some pools that aren't contested and just fish for whatever's selling well on the AH.

Skilling up fishing like that does two things - 1) earns money while skilling and 2) gives you a chance at catching the turtle mount. If you're an NC pet fan then also skill up in the Dalaran sewers for a chance at catching the pet giant sewer rat.

Apparently the only reward is extra Dalaran cooking award so unless you're hard up for getting the chef hat and all your cooking recipes ASAP, I say go for the gold and AH them instead.

Just to add, the extra tokens are also very handy while you're trying to max out your cooking. Post-400 cooking skill, pretty much anything that has a decent chance to give a skillup requires Northern Spices, and unless you want to make a ton of novelty food (Giant Feast, etc.) from 425-450, you'll need a lot of Northern Spice to get to the cap.
