Enchants on scrolls questionFollow

Please could someone tell me what is the name of the parchment that inscribers make for enchanters to use for making scrolls of thier own enchants.

Simply, I was told that for enchanters to make a scroll of their enchant they need a special partchment made by an inscriber.

I would like to know what that item is called, thanks .

Also, the vellum must be made by a scribe and you can buy from them directly or from the auctionhouse. I've never seen it sold from a vendor. You'll have to make scrolls on vellum to level if there isn't anyone around who needs the enchant you're working on. I solved this problem by making sure I made my character with Enchanting on the same realm as the one with Inscription so I could mail it to her.

There are three levels of vellum, and there are two types of vellum: one vellum for armor and one for weapons. You will need to level inscription to get the successively higher levels, so don't expect to roll an alt and have the Vellum III right away.

Weapon Vellum: 3 Midnight ink, one light parchment (only takes enchantments with no level restriction)
Weapon Vellum II: 1 Fiery ink, 1 Celestial ink, 2 heavy parchment (takes enchantments with level restriction of 35 or lower)
Weapon Vellum III: 3 Ink of the Sea, 2 resilient parchment (takes enchantments with level restriction of 60 or lower)

Armor Vellum: 1 Moonglow ink, 2 light parchment (only takes enchantments with no level restriction)
Armor Vellum II: 1 Celestial ink, 2 common parchment (takes enchantments with level restriction of 35 or lower)
Armor Vellum III: 1 Ink of the Sea, 2 resilient parchment (takes enchantments with level restriction of 60 or lower)
