I have exalted rep with Frenzyheart and have purchased the JC recipe from their quartermaster, and have learned it. If I now switch to Oracles, will I still be able to create the gem from the Frenzyheart pattern? Or will it be removed as soon as I change faction?

Fairly sure that you won't be able to craft it; course since it's fairly easy to switch between frezyheart/oracles for the exalted stuff I could be wrong. I'm basing my guess off of the other stuff that seems like you can't use when you change factions
Heh, you will make it just fine. The ONLY thing you cannot do when you swap factions, is talk to the prior faction.

You can still make the recipe, although that nice trinket they offer wont work for you anymore. Make sure that you've gotten the Frenzyheart flask from the bottle of strange liquid first - that also still works after you swap reps.
