Switching Skills QuestionFollow

I have a lvl 61 ret-pally who got bored waiting for level 55 as a JC so switched to skinning around lvl 42 - she is now a grand master skinner.

My question is, if she switches back to JC around 70-75 when she can get the good & epic patterns, does she lose the Anatomy bonus she's earned as a skinner? (I know she has to start over in JC at the beginning.)

And at that lvl is the bonus really significant?
