Which skill is more usefull for Rogue in wow?
What are your goals? Making gold and making "stuff" are generally mutually exclusive at low levels.

Roll hunter, no skill needed. ^^
I would say Skinning and Leatherworking.
Skinning offers +crit and Leather for LW.
Leatherworking offers a lot of nifty gear and some amazing things you can put on your armor(112AP to gloves comes to mind) which very few chants can compare.
Aside that nothing really stands out to me, but I am sure some vets out there have advice.

Jewelry Crafting is very good also.
Extra sockets and the jewels that only JC can get,
+27 agility is pretty nice!!
I went with Engineering, the goggles are very nice gold makers,
and lots of nice toys and gadgets....
