First step: max Inscription.

Second step…

For about a week after the next patch hits, the demand for Inscriptions for people’s changing specs and double specs will be enormous. I think we on Alla should get a jump on supplying that demand by sharing our knowledge of what glyphs we expect to use.

I’ll be using glyphs of Power Word: Shield, Prayer of Healing, Penance, and Dispel Magic on my disc priest.

Enchanting mats may be similarly high. Ulduar gear will need enchants.

Gems! Different gems will be needed for the dual-spec armor changes. ..and maybe we should also list BoE purples that dual-speccers might want, too!

Do people really need lists to know what tanks, healers, and DPS need, or should they already know? The cookie-cutter specs are generally available, as are recommendations on glyphing, gemming, and enchanting.

Consolidating that information into one thread would have high reference value, especially since the FAQs out there now largely reflect the current game state, not what will come with 3.1.

Rather than asking any one person to become an expert on all ten classes’ three trees, how they work in different roles, which 3.1 glyphs will be most useful in those roles, and then have that person write it all up for the rest of us, I thought perhaps we could pool our insight.

I’m just interested in feedback on inscription myself, since there are relatively few enchants and the profit from them is in mats, and the gem market is relatively simple.
