I just finished my goggles so that means my Belt-Clipped Spynoculars are useless. So what does the EMP work on? cannons? siege weapons?

I'm not sure what the full list of stunnable mobs looks like, but I know it includes the robots in Halls of Stone, the mechanicals in Borean Tundra and the ones outside Ulduar. I would guess all mechanicals that aren't bosses or otherwise immune to stuns/cc would be vulnerable to the EMP generator.
