where do we get the plans for it? Also, anyone knows the mats for it aswell?

Also, the scematic can only be learned at 450 engineering, which runs in the neighborhood of 400 gold. From what I see, this will be a VERY expensive item for nonengineers to purchase. The vendored mats alone seem to be in the area of 3.5k gold, coupled with 12 titansteel bars and two arctic furs...I expect one will sell for a barebone minimum of 2.5-3k.

12.5k for mats alone is a commonly quoted price, it's fair to say that the first few will retail for 20k or so, price dropping to around 15k after a few months. No idea where the poster above me got his figures, since ONE of the pieces alone costs 3k, so rate down for bad info. Edit: he has 2 posts, as soon as he becomes rate-downable, I will.
40 Handfuls of Cobalt Bolt, price: negligable (if you are a miner). (40g)
2 Arctic Fur (Skinning equivalent of a Blue gem from Mining) price (unsettled due to newness): between 70g and 150g each. (150-300g)
1 Salvaged Iron Golem Parts (Vendor item, needs exalted rep *unconfirmed* salvage drop from named mob) price: 3000g (3000g)
8 Goblin Machined Piston (Vendor item, needs exalted rep) price: 250g each (2000g)
1 Elementium Plated Exhaust Pipe (Vendor item, limited supply (1) price: 1500g (1500g)
12 Titansteel Bars (Mining, on 20 hour cd) price (unsettled due to newness): around 600g each right now. (7200g) Bar is 3 regular Titanium bars, which in turn require 3 Titanium Ores, smelt itself also needs 12 eternal earth, fire and shadow (per bar).
So, mats are approximately 14,000g right now. Rep required is Alliance Vanguard, which needs 4 subfactions at exalted to get exalted itself, add in the cost of getting Engineering to 450, 100g for the recipe, camping the vendor for the limited supply item... 20k seems more than fair.

Right, my bad. On further research, you don't even need 2 at exalted, just the equivalent of 2 at exalted across all 4 sub-factions, so 84k rep or so, spread however you wish.

Even another correction, Titansteel requires 1 each of the named Eternals, not 12 damn new content confuzzling me...
