Ok what am I doing wrong? I have been to the expert trainer but my cap says
150/150 can it be that simple? What am i missing here

If your cap says 150/150 that means you didn't train the next level of blacksmithing. Head back to the trainer! :) If they won't train you, it might be that you're not high enough level for the next rank.
you need to find an expert blacksmith trainer. The hord one is in Og in little building close to smithy
