It comes as part of Auctioneer, it tells you what something would DE into.

it also links into auctioneer and gives enchanters up-to-date prices for their materials and suggests prices for enchants.

Too bad it has been broken since 2.0. It still tells you what the old stuff with DE into, but the parts especially useful with auctioneer do not work.

auctioneeraddon.com is their site. Just keep an eye out for the release versions. It's currently in gamma and is working great, so you shouldn't have any problems.

It does work. You just have to know how to use it. My enchanter is richer than ever because of enchantrix. It's the people who think it's broken that have made me rich. Thank goodness for the clueless.

Oh? Have they fixed the /percentless command?

EDIT: Just checked up on the Auctioneer (and enchantrix) development forums, and as of Feb 1st, it still did not work, though there was an updated version a few days ago. I'll download that and check it out, but I do not think being 3 days out of the loop would qualify me as 'clueless'.

another EDIT: Just swapped in the new files, not only is the /percentless command still not working, but they since the last version I had, the developers made the command return a message telling you that that function is disabled until the next release, so I am going to stand by my original statement, that it is too bad that Enchantrix has been broken since 2.0, especially the parts that are particularly useful with auctioneer.

For those of you who are not aware, aside from providing you with the little tooltip information about what an item can disenchant to, Enchantrix had a command '/percentless', which would scan your last auctioneer snapshot, and compile a list of items being sold for a user-specified percentage less than the average disenchant value. This list would appear in your chat window (I would specify it to appear in a window I created for this specific purpose), and you could simply shift+click the item name, and it would run a search for that item. You then buy all of that item that are for sale for a reasonable price, and shard and sell your days purchases. A few times after 2.0, I went through the list of current auctions manually comparing the prices to the average disenchant value, but I personally find the headache to overshadow the piles of gold I would be making. Currently, I am aware of the fact that because of the Burning Crusade, gear from 40-60 is not as widely available for disenchanting, resulting in outrageous prices on the corresponding enchanting materials (dream dust, nether essences are prime examples), but I'd still rather be questing.

Time to give the game away to everybody then - Enchantrix isn't broken, only the search function is out. Which is unfortunate, but no big deal.
Ever heard of Auctioneer's own search function?
Just search all armour, uncommon and higher, sort it by price, and move your tooltip up to down over all items. You need to be a fast reader, otherwise it will take quite long. It's very easy to spot the good disenchant targets this way.
Rinse and repeat for weapons, and you have found all the items that /percentless would have found you. Not in 5 seconds but 5 minutes, but who cares. I know I don't.

As I said in the part of my post you chose not to quote, I know how to do that, but prefer not to. Also, 5 minutes sounds awfully short, are you sure you are looking at all of the items? In my experience, the AH has more than 5 minutes worth of gear to look at. Even when I was using the /percentless command, it would take me more than 5 minutes to buy out everything I found to be a reasonable deal.

It does take me about 3-4 minutes per category, so that would be 6-8 in total. I'm a speedreader, that does help a lot.
And maybe your server has more items than mine, I'm on a relatively young server, most weekend scans I have only 79-85 pages of auctions, on weeknights more like 40 pages.

Since when do you have to use the percentless (or bidbroker) command to make money? Enchantrix gives you the value of the materials from a DE. That should be enough for anyone who has a clue and can divide by 2. Go ahead and remain poor. I'll use Enchantrix and make more money than ever.

Enchantrix is NOT broken. It is just not complete, which is a whole different thing altogether. It takes only a little math and a few brains to make it work for you. You just sound like you are not able to work for gold - just want "easy money". Here's a hint: It's never easy money, People play around with trying to ***** the prices that Auctioneer and Enchantrix put out. If you are only half-awake and not paying attention (like you seem to want), then it will bite you, even if all the commands were in place.
