Alchemy specialization problemFollow

#1 Feb 09 2007 at 2:47 AM Rating: Decent
Reading all the different things about procs on masteries and stuff.. I kind of wanna change my choise, the problem is.. I am having problems doing so.. Here's my situation:
I talked to the guy in hellfire.. and accepted his quest for master transmution.. I then flew to stormspire.. and accepted his quest, however! this quest now has the warning: Choosing one specialization won't allow u to learn any of the others..
My problem is, I've changed my mind.. and if I've gotten this right.. I SHOULD be able to change, as I haven't completed the Q with the warning in, and I am not a transmution expert yet.
The problem is, I can't get a Q from the guy in hellfire anymore, is there anything I can do? or has blizz just ****** up the warning to be too late?
someone help plx
Thanks

Speak to a GM.
I picked up the elixirs quest, then changed my mind and abandoned it; I flew to Stormspire with 4 primal might and got my transmute mastery.
You should not be bound yet.

You should just be able to abandon the quest so long as you haven't completed it yet. Check your spell book (P) to see if the "Mastery" has been added. If it hasn't there should be no reason why you cannot just abandon and go accept a different quest.
