as horde, where is the best place to start mining tin? i'm at lvl 12 and the best place i've found so far is the barrens.

As a level 12, your best bet is to stick with The Barrens. Even that may be a challenge.

when u get into the mid/upper 20's move on to thousand needles/shimmering flats, lots of tin and iron.

I found that near the oasises work good. mainly underwater though
