Where is the best place to mine thorium small or rich veins?

Burning Steppes seems to be a good place for me to get it. To the west are the rich veins. Ogre cave has the smalls with a few Mithril and Dark Iron.

ya burning steppes definately wins because you can get dark iron as well. The plaguelands are ok but it is such a huge zone that it becomes cumbersome.
