My enchanting skill is at 230 but I still dont have this enchant yet (+3 weapon dmg)..
I've chekced various websites and they all refer me to go to the trainers.. I've checked the artisan encahnter at the tower of azora a few times already and even went into uldamann to check there too but none of them had it.. I ask people on my server and they say they got it from the trainer.. so im really confused
Can someone who knows please tell me how to get it??

it is indeed the trainer in the tower of Elwynn forest who teaches this enchant.
Might want to check your list of enchants to make sure you don't already have it and didn't notice. It should be under Weapon enchants (not 2hand)
