Question on AHFollow
I was wondering, is it worthwhile to AH those green items you get at levels 6-13? As a human priest, I have a few greens I get from those murlocs, most often stuff I can't wear :(. Anyways, is it more profitable to sell to vendor? Or worth the AH deposit fee to sell there? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I usually tried to sell them on the AH, if they sell it can make you a good amount of silver. When I was leveling enchanting, I bought out a lot of the cheap low level greens to get dusts, essentially buying anything with a buyout of 10s or lower. So, if you price them low enough they will probably sell, just not sure if it will be for tonnes more than you could get by selling them to an NPC and without the risk of losing your deposit.
If they have AGI on them (leather) i would definetly AH them.
So many hunters and rogues around. Set the price at 25s start 95s Buy out. ALOT of the low lvl players are alt´s with a lvl 60-70 getting the gold. so its relatively easy to sell them at these inflated price. That way you only have to sell 1 or 2 items to get more profit that vendoring 10 items.
Remember: allmost no one is selling items in that level range. so if they want to upgrade their alt before they hit lvl 20 they usually buy it of the AH, and 95s is nothing for a highlevel.

Actually i think 6-13 isnt going sell that good, when somebody starts an alt priority is to lvl quick and fast untill desired lvl is reached for twinking or just plain making a new main.
lvl 1 - (+-)19 is a quick obstacle everybody must get pass it after that you are going to look for gear (if it isnt dropped already along the way getting here)
eg. i started a druid, lvl 11 got me on darkshore with gear dropped from killing or sold by vendors, i simply foccused my efforts on lvlling, FP's, where to find quest items etc etc. Looking for gear on AH for example isnt needed untill you seriously thinking about PvP or you come in an area where things getting more rough. Before that its a waste of time and money because the next hours you play you'll prop. lvl up 5+ times unlocking new gear possibilities/.
At least this is my experience so dont flame me.
edit: disenchanting is the best option for these items i guess, if you dont have it, maken an alt who does..

Every time I start a new alt I take one of my high levels through Dead Mines 2-3 times and get enough green gear to start them out. I sell all of the extra gear on the AH. 90% + sells in the 10-15s range. For a new charactor this is a good way to make more money than just vendoring these greens.
