tailoring skill past 300? :: World of Warcraft

Hey all,
I'm trying to get my tailoring skill past 300 but I can not find a horde tailoring trainer in Thrallmar.
Am I looking in the wrong area?

Always remember that there is a list of all the trainers set up already, conveniently on this site :D It's a link on the left under trade skills.
