Mana Loom -> (update: found in Shattrath)Follow

To make a Bolt of Imbued Netherweave, you need a Mana Loom.

Where can I find a Mana Loom?

Is it as difficult to get to as the Alchemy Lab in Scholomance?

I've seen a mana loom in the list of locations from the silvermoon guards, but I haven't gone to check it out.

Thanks folks. I found both in Shattrath City.

I never thought to ask the guards. I went exploring to find things on my own without their assistance on purpose. Now I know I should ask to see what they have to offer for info.
