Where do i lvl at 46 i can NOT find a stable place to lvl im traveling everywhere for like 1 quest a piece and it's annoying

At level 46 you can find clusters of quests at Aerie Peak in the Hinterlands, and Feralas if you're Alliance.
For Horde Aerie Peak would still be fine I assume.

Hinterlands is good for a while (horde) and then you can move on to Blasted Lands and Thorium Point and such.
