Where do we go for Alchemy specializations?Follow

Where do we go for Alchemy specializations? I know that we can pick up a quest in the lower city for the elixir specialization; but what if we want to specialize in something else... where do we pick up the quests for the other ones?

There are specializations introduced with Burning Crusade expansion.

Quest asks only for the following:
- 3 Primal Might


(This is taken from the aforementioned site, at the moment, I have the quest, and iirc, it is 4 Primal Might, not 3. but I could be remembering wrong, am at class)
