im in aliance where do i go to learn heavy silk bandage the last trainer i went to does not tell me ?

This merchant in Arathi Highlands will sell you a book for about 1g to learn the heavy silk bandage.

For future reference if you take things and put them in the search box most of the time the info you want will come up.
I typed in heavy silk bandage and it gave the book to learn it, clicked on it and it showed 2 vendors you can buy it from. One for horde one for ally. You can usually tell the difference by where they are located (in a horde or ally town?) Or by the race of the vendor....in his case human.
