I've been looking around for information about where to specialize in Shadoweave/Spellfire/Mooncloth tailoring, and I can't seem to find the npc/quest/item/whatever that let's me specialize one way or the other. Any help would be appreciated.

All the specialists are at the Mana Loom in the Lower City of Shattrath City in Terokkar Forest.

From what i have been told you have to have your skill level at 350 before they will offer to train you
