Debate between Tailoring/AlchemyFollow

I just got my 2nd character to 60.
She's been doing Mining & Herbalism this whole time.
I mostly took Mining so I would have a good supply of ore ready for my new mage to do jewel crafting. Well now that I have my jewel crafting/mining Mage I feel I can drop mining with my priest.

So the debate is this. Do I take Tailoring or Alchemy?

My 60 warlock is a 300 tailor, but the new recipes are BoP.
My 38 hunter is a 300 alchemist, but I really really don't feel like grinding her up to 60 just so I can continue my alchemy.
