Choice between tail/enchant or mine/jewlFollow

#1 Jan 21 2007 at 7:26 PM Rating: Decent
Anyways I just started my second character and I chose to have tailoring and enchanting. I have like 70 tailoring and 60 enchanting I think. i was wondering should I change my profession to Mining and Jewelcrafting, or stick my combo.

P.S I know you can make greens through tailoring so I thought it would be a good combo.

What are your primary character's professions?

If you're starting a new alt, I would shy away from Jewelcrafting, becuz it takes a long time to level if you don't have the mats beforehand with your main. I always recommend mining/skinning or mining/herbalism and sell what you get on the AH for money. Then, when you hit level 40, start levelling a trade skill. It makes life a lot easier and you'll have money for your mount.

Thank you. I unlearned Tailoring and Enchanting and Started with Mining and Skinning so far I is bringing in the silver. Made almost one old today! This is my first character I plan on doing well with and developping. Thanks again.

If you only made one gold in a day with mining I'd like to make a suggestion. Since BC went live I've been making an average of 2 gold per 20 stack of copper ore. I typically have around two full stacks after a couple hours of play and I drop em off at the AH before I log off.

My advice to you is this: Get the Auctioneer add-on so you know you're eselling your wares for the right price and use the AH to your advantage. Never sell your ore or bars to vendors. Mining should be making you some serious money at your level (my shammy miner is currently lvl 19 with 30g.)
