Who do i talk to for tailoring to go over the 150/150 mark? and what lvl do i hhave to be?
I don't remember who it is, but all you need to do to know where to go for the next rank is to talk to the previous trainer, they'll tell you where to go for more training. Also, can't tell you who to go to as you didn't say if you were horde or alliance, so just check out this list: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/guides.html?guide=361

For Tailoring, just talk to your trainers, they will tell you who to see to advance your craft. Or see the Guide on this site.
For First Aid you'll need to buy a book to advance the skill. To find the locations of the book for Horde/Alliance simply refer to the Guide on this site for First Aid.

Since when did tailoring have anything to do with First Aid?
They use cloths.... lol
Lvl 35 is required for 225+ tailoring (if i'm not mistaken)
On the left hand side of the screen is a serious of menus. Near the bottom is one trade...list of trainers. Click on that, then Tailoring and it will tell you where the 150+ trainer is (UC for Horde, SW for Ally).
