Alchemy SpecializationFollow

So Ive probably missed the announcement about this but does anyone know where Alchemy specialist trainers are? No one in my guild seems to know and Ive yet to be able to find the guy. Most likely someones going to point out how simple it is and that Im a noob for not finding it (which would be true) but hey Im a warrior so its ok.
