switching from gnomish to goblin engineering... :: World of Warcraft

im currently a gnomish engineer and i wanted to confirm a few things before i make the switch over to goblin engineering. I have made all the gadgets i wanted from gnomish engineering (such as death ray, shrink ray, etc) and i was wondering if i switched over to goblin, would I still be able to wear all the gnomish gadgets i made?

I am pretty certain that at least the World Enlarger, if not a few other things, require the "Gnomish" part to use. It will say on the item under the Engineering skill level required whether <Gnomish or Goblin> is required. Just check all you gadgets, if the ones that say this you can live without-go for it!

but what about the items that have schematics taht can be purchased (ex: gnomish cloaking device). Can those be made by goblin engineers since anyone can purchase the schematic?
