I've hit a gap in my enchanting, i think it's because there's a level range of instances that i missed. My enchanting is 160, and i need ingredients such as greater astral essence. When i disenchant items with requirement of about 100-125 enchanting, i get ingredients i don't need yet.
Does anyone know which instances I should solo to get the right ingredients?(astral essence etc)

I get them off shelids when i run friends threw dm.
Or you can allways buy them in ah.
Its just off shelids and armor rarely for me.
I got them in sfk,wc,dm, and like 2 in gnomer.

A lot of items around lvl25 give you a fair chance of lesser astral essence on DE, if you use Enchantrix addon (available as a standalone or built-in to the auctioneer package at www.auctioneeraddon.com), you can go through the AH and bid on the items that show the required DE mats in the tooltip.
